Focus: Building resilience and coping skills
Take a positive approach to dealing with issues or stresses by learning skills to cope better through our FRIENDS Adult Resilience Program. The fun and interactive program aims at giving adults and young people aged 18+, the skills to cope effectively with many challenging situations we all encounter throughout our lives. The program is evidence-based and endorsed by the World Health Organisation.
The two sessions will focus on topics such as positive thinking, building resilience, support teams, self-confidence, & more. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the 2nd session.
